Randy Powgnas serves as Territory Manager for Arizona, Nevada, and New Mexico at Western Component Sales, bringing more than 30 years of HVACR industry experience spanning field service, wholesale distribution, and branch management.

Randy’s career in the HVACR industry began in 1994, working alongside his uncle in service and installation. Spending countless hours riding along on service calls, he learned the trade from the ground up and developed a strong foundation in the field.

In 2001, Randy began his wholesale career. Starting in the warehouse, he quickly discovered a passion for customer service and product knowledge, which led to a role in inside sales. From 2008 to 2014, Randy worked in parts counter sales for an Arizona based HVACR wholesaler, continuing to build strong connections within the HVACR community. In 2017, Randy was promoted to Branch Manager, where he focused on growing the business, developing his team, and delivering exceptional value to customers.

Over the years, Randy has had the opportunity to serve customers in both Phoenix and Las Vegas, further strengthening his industry relationships and sales expertise.

Randy is excited to connect with industry partners across the Southwest, build new relationships, and contribute to the continued growth and success of Western Component Sales.
