H&C Flex headquarters are in Collierville, Tennessee.

Mueller Industries, Inc. (NYSE: MLI) announced on December 21, 2020 that it had signed a definitive agreement to purchase the Hart & Cooley Flexible Duct business. The acquisition closed in late January 2021.
